The “Support for Democracy 2025” programme is financed from the state budget under the Polish development cooperation programme of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. The value of the grant and the total value of the programme amount to PLN 29,030,110. 

The programme provides for the implementation of Solidarity Fund PL’s own projects in support of Ukraine and Moldova, the provision of co-financing to partner organisations under the grant competition for the Belarusian civil society, the recruitment and deployment of Polish observers under OSCE/ODIHR election observation missions, and partial financing of SFPL offices in partner countries. 

The activities are implemented within the framework of the Multiannual Development Cooperation Programme 2021–2030 “Solidarity for Development” and the Development Cooperation Plan for 2025.
